Chutes-Monte-à-Peine-et-des-Dalles Regional Park (Lanaudière)

Along the L'Assompation River, this 23km trail will surely please you with its waterfalls and canyon. You will have access to 6 belvederes to observe the beauty of the surroundings. $10 adult, $3 dog

 

 

Angrignon Park (Montreal)

This loop circuit is short but you will have access to a beautiful lake with water lilies and plenty of places to rest during a picnic. The trails are smooth and perfect for biking, walking, running, or skating. You will also find a dog park. Free.

 

 

Saint-Helene's Island (Montreal)

With an 11.4 km loop, this place is perfect for observing many species of plants, flowers and trees during a walking, road or mountain bike course with your companions. Free.

 

 

Gatineau Park (Outaouais)

This park offers 155km of trails for walking or running, in addition to a variety of water activities. You will find many lakes, mountains and even a cave! Nicknamed the lung of the Outaouais, this park is home to a rich and unique biodiversity. (The park can fill up quickly on weekends, especially along the parkways, near Meech Lake and the Old Chelsea area). Free.

 

 

Sutton's Parc d’Environnement Naturel (Eastern Townships)

For experienced and active hikers, canine or human, this park has something for you. Climb 968 meters above sea level by taking the Round Top, to admire the breathtaking views or surpass yourself on the 52 km of trails. Adult $8

 

 

Parc des Appalaches (Chaudières-Appalaches)

The Parc des Appalaches is the perfect place to practice a range of outdoor activities. With its network of 140 km of hiking trails, its lakes and rivers, its mountains with exceptional viewpoints and its arched walkways, you can indulge in your walking or running sessions, day and night! Dogs are invited everywhere, even in shelters, canoes and pontoons. Adult $7
