If the transition isn't satisfactory, simply contact our team within 2 weeks of your purchase. With our quality guarantee, you can rest easy, and so can your companion! This guarantee applies to the first order only and only on the first 10 lbs (dog formulas) or 8 lbs (cat formulas). This guarantee does not apply to treats.
